Schrippa described his Hallmark debut as “very nice,” highlighting the difference in tone from his previous roles.
“No arguing, no killing, no nothing,” he said. “Even on Blue Bloods, which I loved, I must have killed four or five people. I killed more people as a cop than as a mobster.”
Although this is Schrippa’s first Hallmark movie, he’s no stranger to the network’s feel-good films.
“I’ve watched my share,” he explained. “I’m not glued to it, but yeah, I’ve watched. It just has a nice vibe. Sometimes, when you’re not in the best mood, you don’t want to watch anything heavy. If I want to see something bad, I turn on the news. Sometimes, you just want to watch something nice.”
Sisterhood, Inc. premieres on Saturday, February 22 at 9 p.m. ET on the Hallmark Channel, and will be available for streaming on Hallmark+ the following day.
