The funds were part of the “Leroy Jethro Gibbs College Scholarship Club,” created in honor of his late daughter, Kelly. Over the years, Gibbs had continued to grow the fund, helping agents and their families with education costs—another testament to the depth of his character.

Off-screen, Mark Harmon’s influence is just as powerful. Known for his strong leadership and low-key demeanor, Harmon earned deep respect from his castmates throughout his time on the show.
