Bridget Moynahan Hints at Blue Bloods Reunion: “I Miss Them Daily”
Bridget Moynahan is giving fans a glimmer of hope for a Blue Bloods reunion. In a recent interview with TVLine Spotlight, the 53-year-old actress responded enthusiastically to the idea of getting the Reagan family back together. “Yeah, why not,” she said, before joking, “But we can’t have that many years [away]!”
Though the series officially ended in November 2023 after 14 seasons, Blue Bloods remained a ratings powerhouse with a fiercely loyal fanbase. Moynahan expressed frustration with CBS’ decision to cancel the show: “I don’t quite understand it… We had tremendous ratings and terrific tales with solid values that appealed to audiences.”
Looking back on the show’s legacy, she described the deep connection she shares with the cast, calling them a “family on and off the screen.” She revealed she still stays in touch with co-stars Donnie Wahlberg and Vanessa Ray, saying, “We’re still celebrating birthdays and having fun out there. I miss them daily.”
Bridget also shared a sweet behind-the-scenes moment—crediting herself with reuniting Donnie with his now-wife Jenny McCarthy, calling herself a “good doobie” for her matchmaking skills.
While Blue Bloods may have ended, Moynahan’s heartfelt words—and her openness to a reunion—have reignited hope for fans eager to see the Reagan family gather around the dinner table one more time.
