One of the biggest mysteries heading into NCISโ midseason break is the identity of Lily, the young girl haunting Parker (Gary Cole). First seen during his near-death experience in the Season 21 finale, Lily has reappeared, leaving fans speculating about her connection to Parkerโs pastโor present.
According to executive producer Steven D. Binder, adding this emotional layer to Parker has been in the works since Gary Cole joined the show. โPerfect characters arenโt interesting,โ Binder explained, noting they wanted to establish Parker as part of the team before diving into his mysterious backstory.
